Aloha

I seem to recall that the Flower Gardens in the upper Gulf of Mexico is a
good place to come across a Whale Shark.  It's way out in the middle of no
where and in deep water.  You may also try doing a search on Dr. Eugene
Clark.  I know that she has had many encounters with the Whale Shark.
