Hi;
I'm working on Engraulididae, and want to do some work now on larvae
digestion. I'm thinking more to concentrate on the lipid droplets
by looking at their presence or absence in the apex of the enterocytes.
Has anyone done this kind of work with Clupeids larvae before?
Do you know until which development stage it is possible to observe these
droplets?
Any suggestions or references would be welcome.
