To people possibly interested. Please circulate.
I just graduated from the Marine Biology Honours co-op program at
Dalhousie University, NS, Canada and I am now seeking a 3-4 month position
abroad (between April and September 2000) before starting a Masters
program. I would be interested in going to the following areas: Caribbean
or Mediterranean Sea, Australia and Mexico but possibly to others as well.
I have a great deal of field and lab experience and good computer skills.
I am particularly interested in Ecology and Behaviour. I did my Honours
thesis on chemoreception in juvenile cuttlefish that I raised myself. I
really enjoyed working with cephalopods and would consider working with
them again. Also, if you think my interests correspond to yours and that
I could be a potentially interesting graduate student, I am still open to
good projects.
For more information please contact me by e-mail.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Marianne Gilbert
