Hello Fishfolks, Does anyone have previous experience sampling outmigrating pink salmon fry in small coastal streams? I'm looking for sampling methods for these fry. They measure approx. 30 mm. The streams are small, approximately 8 to 10 m wide with depths ranging from 10 to 30 cm and discharges ranging from 0.3 to 3.0 m3/sec. I've used a wire fence system with a live box before, but I was wondering if I could use another method such as drift nets or something else? I would appreciate your help and you can e-mail me at [log in to unmask]
Thanks in advance
Francois Landry
