There are many good netsounder systems. The one we use is made by Ocean
Systems located in Everett Washington USA - phone 425-258-0778.
The netsounder runs on Windows PC, and the software allows recording of the
data to a storage file for playback at a later time.  In addition to a 360
degree cross-sectional display of the net mouth, there are other windows
which track the depth and temperature at the headrope over time on a graph
as well as a real time digital readout.
