JOB TITLE: Graduate Research Assistant in Fish/Crustacean Nutrition

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist the Principal Investigator in implementing aquaculture nutrition research studies, including physical set-up, data collection and analysis, and writing of thesis.
2. Assist in field procedures for data collection. This may include some travel overnight assignments, and production-scale culture activities.
3. Assist with operation and maintenance of scientific instruments and equipment.
4. Take Master's level aquaculture courses offered at Kentucky State University to fulfill degree requirements for Master's degree.
5. Conduct thesis research project(s) in the area of fish or crustacean nutrition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. or B.T. in Aquaculture, Biology, Chemistry or related field. Must be accepted into theMaster's degree program in Aquaculture at Kentucky State University. Information regarding the Master's Program in Aquaculture can be found at http://www.dcr.net/~jtidwell/
