Hi all,

Perhaps calling Debbie's hypothesis rubbish is not conducive to continuing
a discussion, but since there is a huge body of evidence contrary to most
(all?) of her assumptions, I (for one) would hate to see us waste time and
bandwidth on a prolonged exchange on this topic.
