We, Students of fish marketing at the HULL INTERNATIONAL FISHERIES
INSTITUTE (HIFI) UNIVERSITY OF HULL, conducted a survey to find out
the attitude of developed country consumers (especially uk)towards
fish products imported from developing countries, we especially
concentrated on farmed tropical shrimp. The main aim of the survery to
find out their attitude on the aspects other than primary concerns
(such as taste, price, colour, convenience , etc)such as
1.Food safety
2.Environmental concerns
3.Ethical Aspects
we are analysing the data to find out the results of our survey.
