Responsibilities: Position available for a postdoctoral research associate to conduct experiments on native cutthroat trout fry survival as functions of temperature and nonnative salmonid competitors in laboratory and field systems.
Qualifications: An earned Ph.D. in fish or aquatic ecology or related discipline, skill in designing, carrying out, and statistical analysis of field and laboratory experiments, and ability to publish results in refereed journals.
Salary: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Closing date: Position begins 1 June 2000, pending final funding approval. Applications considered starting April 28, but position is open until filled. Duration: one year with potential renewal.
