Dear All,

My name is Paul Humphries and I work on the ecology of fish in lowland rivers in
Australia.  My main interests are in fish larvae, recruitment and relatiionships
with river flow.  I will be attending the Eighth International Symposium on
Regulated Streams in Toulouse in mid-July and will have a little time before
that to look around France. I would be very interested in visiting some French
research establishments while I am in France and so would like any members of
the list who would be willing to show me around and talk about their research to
contact me.  I am especially keen to meet others working in lowland rivers on
fish.  I realise that many of you will be coming to Toulouse, but it would be
nice to visit your research institute too.

I will be in Paris on the 12th and 13th July and will be travelling around
France for 3 days between the 14th and 16th of July, so any time during this
period is possible.
