Greetings Fishlisters!

I'm looking at doing some saltwater challenge tests on wild Coho smolt in
alaska, and am wondering the routine (time) and concentration of saltwater
solution that is consisdered standard.  Here in Cook Inlet I believe we have
a concentration of around 24/000.
