Hi Mark - yep, I've seen the book.  It's a good taxonomic text, but doesn't
really cover the biology/ecology/functional morphology/oceanography....that
I'm looking for in a basic text.  All the books that do cover that material
are currently out of print.

Oh well, I'll keep looking.
