This is, indeed, a question I have been asking myself for ages... I am not
better, though.
When I subscribed to the list, I asked the same question... replies
mentioned that matters should be discussed "off list"... It's a pity. Maybe
nobody wants to take risks??? Printed publications do, of course, not allow
for immediate discussion, and thus criticism. But maybe people are just too
busy???
