Many subscribers seem to have forgotten that since
this is a discussion list, if you just reply to the
message your reply goes back to the list, and not to
the poster. Recently the list owners have been
inundated with personal replies that are sent to the
list and redirected to us for approval. Usually I
respond to the poster, but there are too many now, and
these replies are currently being discarded without
warning.

If you want to respond to a poster personally, send
the message to that person's address. If our list
management software intercepts a personal reply and
sends it to us for approval, it will vanish without
ceremony or notification.
