Dear list menbers,
I am looking for information on commercial light
fishing practices, particularly on regulations
limiting light power used while fishing for sardine
like fish. What I want to learn learn is
-If there are, what are the reasons for banning
fishing with light or limiting the amount of the light
used.
Could you please direct me to related
publications/experts?
