Hi everybody,
I am a PhD- student working with African catfish (Clarias gariepinus). We
are trying to cannulate them in the dorsal aorta and subsequently keep them
in a closed container with a low oxygen level.
My question to you is: has anybody cannulated clarias gariepinus before or
has information about this?
And does anybody know if this species can survive without the possibility
of gasping air, or off course has information about this?
Thanks!!!
