You may also want to try www.abe.com.
It's an international database of thousands of out of print booksellers. A
quick search listed both versions for sale.

There are actually two versions of the book. The first/second edition is
several years old, but you might still find hard/soft copies out there.
The THIRD edition (somewhat different from the previous two) has a pub
date of 1999, but we only saw it available recently. I got a copy from Sea
Challengers (www.seachallengers.com) in December, but the hardbound
version may be sold out. Try them, they are a great source of books for
reasonable prices.

out-of-print and currently unavailable from Amazon, Borders, Barnes & Noble
and similar booksellers. Does anyone know where I might be able to get a
copy? I'm interested in any information (texts, journal articles, etc.) on
reef fishes of the South Pacific, particularly Epinepheline groupers of the
Samoan islands. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I'm starting a project
this summer in American Samoa, and all my experience is with Caribbean reef
fishes...
