I do not know if this will be of any help.
Often when I have needed images, I use the advanced search option on www.lycos.com
Select the "multimedia" button and type in what you are looking for. You will get more jpeg and gif images than lineart, but it has been quite a resource for me.
Keep in mind that much of the material you would find would be someone's property and may be copyrighted.
Hope this helps,

I'm looking for a source of clip art unique to environmental illustration. There are many web sites that provide free access to clipart, but nothing I saw is useful for illustrating a professional document. I'm looking for illustrations of erosion, flooding, stream and wetland habitat and water quality that I can cut and paste onto maps. Does anyone know of a web source of environmental clipart?
