There are two saws most often used. One is the Isomet made by Buehler Inc. and the other is the Accutom made by Struers. There are undoubtedly others, as well as variations on these models but that should get you started.

Hello,
We are currently in the process of equipping our lab for sectioning and
processing otoliths for the purpose of age estimation. I am having a
difficult time searching for a saw because I don't know exactly what I
am looking for.
My questions are:
What type of saw do you use, manufacturer and specs if possible?
Where do I get one?
Thanks for considering this request!
AMM.
