Re.: Announcement of New Articles/Knowledge of Mekong Knowledge Base Cluster.
Mekong Knowledge Base Cluster is a bunch of web-based relational knowledge bases of a participatory decision support system for Mekong-related resource & environmental planning and management - with an ultimate goal for sustainable livelihoods development of the riparian peoples. Mekong Knowledge Base Cluster can be accessed by visiting Mekong AquaBase at <http://www.fes.uwaterloo.ca/u/marahman/Mekong_AquaBase.htm>.
Last week a couple of dozens of new articles/knowledge (both indigenous and scientific) on relevant matters are incorporated/linked to the Mekong Knowledge Base Cluster - including the lists of freshwater and farm fishes of Lower and Upper Mekong Basins (Cambodia, China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam), dams' impact on Mekong fisheries, local technology for manure production, and much more.
Articles and knowledge of the Mekong Knowledge Base Cluster are stored in centralized relational knowledge bases, which are accessible via the following search methods:
1) REGULAR SEARCH: Search by keyword, article number, boolean search and more.
