Let me introduce myself to the forum:
I'm an active member of the Instituto de Limnología
Dr. Raul A. Ringuelet, working in shallow lakes of mid-argentinas
pampasic region. Our research work of these hidrologically
peculiar shallow lakes is orientated towards assessment and
management. We are particularly interested in studying eco-system
relationships between lake and surrounding wetlands (bañados and
esteros). Our application work relates to fishery assessment ,
particularly on potential resource evaluation for commercial and or
sport fish.
Eutrophication indicators and diagnostic water quality parameters
are also of our concern..
Particularly, we are in need of support and would like to join
collaborative research efforts in wetland ecology.
Looking forward to hearing suggestions and comments soon, I
