Research Grant Announcement
Coosa Valley Chapter of Trout Unlimited is offering a research grant of up
to $2,000 to provide partial financial support for undergraduate and
graduate research in cold-water fisheries biology, fisheries management,
stream ecology, tail-water fisheries, and water quality. Grant applications
are judged on a competitive basis, considering the qualifications of the
applicant, the objectives of the research proposal, and the design of the
research project.
Grants are awarded only to individuals. Eligible individuals include
undergraduate or graduate students in fisheries biology, fisheries
management, and biological or environmental science. There are no
restrictions with regard to nationality, gender, age, or Trout Unlimited
membership.
