Nothing wrong with telnet. Clear-text passwords in telnet, that might be a
problem, otoh, as well as clear-text data channel. (think enable
passwords). Some telnet implementations have solved this problem, for
instance Heimdal. (http://www.pdc.kth.se/heimdal)
