Dear all,
One of my student wants to compare the distribution of
neuromasts on the bodies of some demersal fish that
are commonly caught by bottom trawls in the Easten
Aegean Sea. We aim to use such information to
investigate the avoidance and escape behaviour of fish
in unusual flow areas such as trawl mouth or codends.
Is there any one who can help us with the basic
information to start with? For example, weather it is
a simple or complex procedure, what kind of lab
equipments are needed, what are the basic
publications? Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
Huseyin Ozbilgin
