We are developing genetics techiques to identify gadid
fishes in commercial products that are present in Spanish markets. To date,
the importance of the specie Gadus macrocephalus was minority, but it will
be increased considerably day after day. That's why we're interested in
getting samples of this specie to amplify a citochrome b fragment that could
be used as genetic marker.

The problem is that the biggest fisheries from Spain are saling Gadus
macrocephalus as Gadus morhua and it's impossible to get some samples from
them (because they are making fraud).

To carry on a correct analysis, we need some samples from Gadus
macrocephalus's muscle in ethanol.

We know that cyt b gene from Gadus macrocephalus is sequenced. However, we
need authentic samples                to develop a commercial kit based on
biotiniled probes. It's necessary at least ten individuals to avoid
intraspecific variability in a diagnostic site.

Do you know how can we get these samples?
