Contact West Marine or Boaters World marine outfitters, for example, and ask
for a catalog, or shop online. They have everything you will need to rig a
complete system, including battery powered pumps, fittings, livewell tanks
(circular, insulated tanks with discharge from a standpipe located in the
center of the tank's bottom works best) and mounting systems for the aeration
pumps. The mounting systems use the boat's forward motion to force water
through the system while underway without using the pump. You don't need to
pull the pump in the boat.

I WAS ASKED (SEE BELOW) WHAT TYPE OF PUMP I USE. I SUGGEST
KEEPING IT SIMPLE. TRY USING A SUBMERSIBLE BOAT-BAILING PUMP
AND HANG IT OVER THE SIDE WHILE LETTING THE WATER FLOW INTO
THE TANK. FOR THE TANK, USE A LARGE FOOD COOLER (ICE CHEST)
MADE OF PLASTIC WITH A LID. A HOLE DRILLED NEAR THE TOP OF
THE COOLER, WITH A HOSE ATTACHED, WILL ALLOW OUTFLOW BACK
OVER THE SIDE OF THE BOAT. THE MAIN DISADVANTAGE TO THIS
SETUP IS HAVING TO PULL IN THE PUMP WHEN MOVING ABOUT AT
HIGHER SPEED (HIGHER THAN THE TROLLING-TYPE SPEED WHEN
ELECTROFISHING). HOWEVER, IF YOUR BOAT HAS A WELL, YOU CAN
PUT THE PUMP IN THE WELL AND AVOID THE PROBLEM.
