No I don't agree.
If you remove the authboxes that telia uses today and instead
concentrate on adding real value (streaming video, IP-phones) and so on
I think you could get even more customers.
For the enduser it best to use the "Keep it simple stupid" policy.
You could also ask yourself how the IP-phones login at the website? ;)
