 The Working Group on Fishing Technology and Fish  Behavior has been
looking at unaccounted mortality in active and passive fishing gears for
many years. Mike Breen  with the Aberdeen Marine lab organized the
formation of a document that summarizes work that has been completed on
this subject.  The following website provides the report on this project
