Dear IOBB News Readers
IOBB has its own Internet domain name now. It is IOBBnet.org .
IOBB has recently installed a number of softwares at iobbnet.org and
these are available to all its members who have paid their 2004
membership fees. At iobbnet.org, we now have the following:
The new address for IOBB's website
IOBB wiki software which will provide space to its members (only) for
joint writing of documents, members profiles and documents
IOBB DRUPAL software (currently being tested) provides open web-forums,
private (we)blog, photo galleries to all its members .
(d) [log in to unmask] (forwarding address).
Upon request, IOBB members can have their personal forwarding email
address with their own name. This means that any email that is sent to
[log in to unmask] will be forwarded to your local email account.
IOBB has about 20 L-Soft listserv mailing lists.
Each facilities will enable us to do some things and the use of all the
above will make IOBB a unique organization where its members are
equipped to communicate efficiently and have access to web and wiki
space. All these facilities are available to its "paying" members only.
If you have not paid your membership fees yet, please contact the IOBB
treasurer in your country (see
http://www.biotech.kth.se/iobb/member.html#Payments) or contact the IOBB
secretariat ([log in to unmask]) for assistance.
