you could try Intelisys from the UK. I've used their gear and it is very
lightweght and did the job asked of it!

Dear all,

We're considering purchasing a backpack electroshocker. We've done the usual
browsing of webpages, but we'd be extremely grateful for any feedback from
the user community. We need the equipment to be as light weight as possible
and would appreciate any suggestions, tips, etc.
