KMH, Royal College of Music, and KTH, Royal Institute of Technology, announce a public symposium devoted to topics of common relevance to music and music science. The symposium will elucidate how composition and performance of music may
interact with and profit from research in the areas of music acoustics, analysis, cognition, perception, performance, psychology, and theory. The program will contain presentations of leading representatives of the relevant areas, as well as structured discussions.
Public Concert Oct 29
A public concert of contemporary electro acoustic music will be arranged on Friday Oct 29, at 19:30 - 22:00, in the concert hall at KMH
Admission is free. The symposium will be held in English.
The symposium will take place on Thursday, October 28 through Saturday, October 30 in the Auditorium (Lilla Salen) of KMH, Valhallavägen 105. TB Stadion.
