There are 3 places left on the 5-day statistics course in Faro, Portugal.

When: Monday 23 May until Friday 27 May 2005.
Where: University of Algarve, Faro, Portugal (Faculdade de Ciências do Mar
e do Ambiente).

Course: "Analysing Biological and Environmental Data - Using Univariate
Methods -".
Open to: Anyone. This course is part of a European Masters in Aquaculture
and Fisheries.

Price: 600 Euro per student and 800 Euro per non-student. There is no
further tax.

Specific subjects: data exploration (transformations, outliers,
homogeneity), linear regression, generalised linear modelling, generalised
additive modelling, multi-nominal logistic regression, mixed modelling and
tree models.

It is well possible to leave this course with a draft paper!
