Hello list,
I would like to glue small tags onto the operculum (yes, the operculum) of some
small damselfish (Stegastes partitus, ca. 8 cm TL). I hope to use only a small
dab of adhesive (ca. 5 mm diameter), but I will need to hold on a fairly large,
robust tag (ca. 1 cm long, 6 mm wide and 6 mm high). I would like the tags to
stay in place for at least 3 weeks, but I don't need them for more than several
months.
I see suggested on the web using cyanoacrylate (Super glue) or epoxy. Does
anyone have any experience at using small amounts of either of these? Can
anyone suggest anything better?
Thank you very much!
Mike
