I am having a difficult time finding a good way to preserve and ship larval
fishes. I am required to use Davidson's B solution. I want to use a self
made mixture of 50% Ethanol, 10%Formalin, 10%Glycerol, and 30% water. My
problem is shipping. How do I ship my samples after preservation in 20ml
Scintillation vials? Does anyone have an MSDS for Davidson's B? Anyone
know what the requirements are for shipping these samples? I assume that I
probably need hazmat training? Anyone know where I can get that? If
anyone is familiar with this issue, please let me know what you did to
solve it.

Cheers!

Justin
