I recently discover this book on fishery which is very interesting although if it will not cover the entire range of fishery science
Fisheries Ecology and Management Carl J. Walters, Steven J. D. Martell
An another book from C.J. Walters is a reference in fishery science: Quantitative Fisheries stock assessment. R.Hilborn and C.J. Walters
cheers, marco
