If you go to <www.altavista.com>, and click on the "Translate" window
at the bottom of the page, you may then select "Japanese to English"
and translate your message. It's not a perfect translation, but you
can ascertain the general meaning of the message. There are about a
dozen other languages as well -- a pretty useful tool for us
provincial, non-linguists!
