HI Everyone

IOBB Drupal (a webforum software) was installed in Aug 2004 and serves
as the primary site for e-conferencing and several special IOBB
Activities. Since then 1400 persons have created user accounts which
will enable them to subscribe to webforums while many more have just
read messages that interest them.
