PhD opportunity in marine population genetics at UCD, Dublin

With regard to the announcement posted yesterday, we would like to 
specify that non-EU applicants can still apply, but they have to be 
aware that - due to the higher cost of university fees for non-EU 
students - their salary would be thinned down to around 960 EUR per 
month.
