If somebody thinks that they can develop a model by this fall to address one of the issues listed in the RFP using a model other than Ecosim, I think we would be willing to consider it.  Given that we are looking to accept up to three proposals, I could see where having at least one of the proposals be something other than Ecosim could provide a contrast  for comparison.  However, the expertise of our Ecosystem SSC members, who will be overseeing the woekshop, is in Ecosim, and there is an initial Gulf of Mexico Ecosim model developed by Carl Walters (who is one of our SSC members) that can be used as a basis rather than having to start from scratch.
