Hi Justin.

I think you might find this book very useful.  I beleive there are dollar
values per individual for many fishes in this book.

"Investigation and Monetary Values of Fish and Freshwater Mussel Kills"
Edited by Robert I. Southwick and Andrew J. Loftus
