Subject: <MOONBALLOON> "Towns on the Moon" says NASA to 60m
http://cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com/up/ynews?ch=4227541&cl=7281725&lang=en
What would an eco-city on the Moon be like? Could Ted Turner be convinced to
revive his "Turner Tomorrow" awards from the 80s for this purpose?
Imagine Fuller Domes on the Moon (as Fuller had in fact sketched out) for
Future Towns connected by tunnels to make a Future City. The domes have
their individually controlled atmospheres. They allow access to open space
but the main dwellings are underground.
Could NASA issue prizes for Moon Town designs as it has issued a $100,000
prize for a robotic lunar mining device?

The dearth of dust and regolith proves it ... the Moon IS a ballon!
