Will anyone be addressing the "mineral absorption profiles" of marine creatures which enter the human food chain?
The mineral absorption profiles of land plants can range from a couple of dozen elements to 80 or more. For the "end user" in this chain ... us, we can only take in the elements from a sea food diet which are fed into the creatures in that food chain.
And we could ask, How well might a 100% sea food diet sustain human life?
