In response to the high level of interest, the Rushing Rivers Institute
has collaborated with EST Montes in Madrid and will again offer the
MesoHABSIM short course (Please view a short U-tube video describing
the approach:
<> ).

MesoHABSIM Spring Courses in Madrid, Spain will be offered at both an
introductory and intermediate level from April 20^th through April 23^rd

train users on the MesoHABSIM functionality. Course participants will
have opportunities to conduct stream habitat mapping with a Pocket PC,
use the grid electrofishing technique, compute multivariable habitat
suitability criteria for native fish species, create habitat suitability
maps, create habitat-flow rating curves and habitat time series analysis
