Ok. I know there must be plenty of these faculties. I should have 
been more explicit. I meant leader universities in 
biological/physical oceanography in order to make a doctorate. 
Someone told me about Sta. Barbara, Baja California, Australia, 
etc. I don't know exactly what can I find out there.
