I have a paper copy but would not part with it!
If nobody has it available in digital form, I could scan it, though
I'd need to check the copyright first. When I got mine (in 1977), the
then-precursor of Canada's Department of Fisheries & Oceans still had
a stack of copies that they were giving away for free. They may not
have been too particular about restricting use of it.
Does anyone other than Mikko want a copy? Does anyone have a website
that could make a scanned copy generally available, if there is no
copyright restriction?
