good morning. Surfing Archive.org and worldcat.com, it seems that at
least Indiana University holds a 1946 copy of 2 baranov's translated
papers and Ricker is cited as english supervisor assisted by Artin :
http://books.google.it/books?id=8aYNrPg5KhgC&pg=PA141&lpg=PA141&dq=%22indiana+university%22+baranov+ricker+fishery+1946&source=bl&ots=P5Hak1bzAg&sig=tQmX_UPd7BsS-rNjdB8cbuYs6rI&hl=it&ei=ppvUTsPZGs3MtAaTg-GXDg&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=9&sqi=2&ved=0CE4Q6AEwCA#v=onepage&q=%20baranov%20&f=false
The link is unfriendly but I hope it will be useful. The first paper
(biological basis of fishery, 1918 paper) reports Baranoff instead of
Baranov. D. Del Piero
