Our lab is selling a BioSonics DT-X split beam echosounder (including
surface unit, transducer, deck cable and calibration sphere). The unit
was originally purchased in 2008 and used for a single field season. It
was calibrated by the manufacturer in May of 2013 and is fully
functional. 

 

Specifications on the unit are as follows: 

DT-X Surface Unit with BioSonics Acquisition Software (heading, pitch
and roll sensor ready)

120kHz 6 degree DT-X Split Beam Digital Transducer with integrated
heading, pitch and roll sensor

Brand new (never used) DT-X Digital Signal 50ft Deck Cable (heading,
pitch and roll sensor ready)

120kHz standard calibration sphere. 

 

The unit contains a universal sounding board compatible with multiple
