Hi everyone
As part of the University of Leeds 250 Great Minds scheme launched today (see link at bottom), we have two opportunities for outstanding early career aquatic ecologists. A central aim of these two fellowships is to bridge between research in the Faculty of Environment and Faculty of Biological Sciences, as part of the water@leeds:ecology group http://www.wateratleeds.org/projects-and-groups/waterleedsecology/
The fellowships are for 5 years, leading to permanent positions at Grade 9 (Reader/Associate Prof) at the end of this period.
Post 1. Freshwater Ecologist (sitting in the School of Geography): https://jobs.leeds.ac.uk/Vacancy.aspx?id=329&forced=1
Post 2. Aquatic Ecologist: (sitting in the School of Biology) https://jobs.leeds.ac.uk/Vacancy.aspx?id=367&forced=1
Applicants are encouraged to apply for only one of the two posts.
To discuss further, please contact Lee Brown ([log in to unmask]) and Chris Hassall ([log in to unmask]) in the first instance.
Thanks, Lee Brown
