REPLIES WILL BE SENT TO THE FISH-SCI LIST

The Penn State USGS Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit is working on a
hierarchical meta-analysis of Flathead Catfish growth rates across North America. We are
reaching out to those who may have done some Flathead Catfish aging in the past, asking
them to consider sending us length-at-age data. We are going to be comparing native and
introduced populations, therefore, region of sampling does not matter. Logistically this
project would not be possible without the support of other fisheries biologists, and for that
we thank you. Please direct replies to: [log in to unmask] I would be happy to
discuss the project in greater detail or the possibilities of co-authorship. Thank you!
