REPLIES WILL BE SENT TO THE FISH-SCI LIST

Hello -

A colleague inherited a set of lectures one of which included the
attached slide (Note: the included figure is simply a generic map of the
North Sea, we do not believe that it is a figure from the
publication.).  She is looking for the original publication so that she
may cite it in her lecture.  The subject matter relates to a pole ward
shift in the distribution of fishes in the North Sea since the 1970s as
estimated by CPUE coincident with a 1oC increase in winter SST.  If
anyone knows of any possible source publications for this information,
it would be greatly appreciated.  The closest fit I have been able to
find using Google Scholar and Web of Science is:

>
> Modelled spatial distribution of marine fish and projected
> modifications in the North Atlantic Ocean
>
> SYLVAIN LENOIR
> <https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/action/doSearch?ContribAuthorStored=LENOIR%2C+SYLVAIN>
> GREGORY BEAUGRAND
> <https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/action/doSearch?ContribAuthorStored=BEAUGRAND%2C+GREGORY>
> ÉRIC LECUYER
> <https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/action/doSearch?ContribAuthorStored=LECUYER%2C+%C3%89RIC>
> First published: 01 December 2010
> https://doi.org/10.1111/j.1365-2486.2010.02229.x

but this manuscript does not appear to have used CPUE as a method to
estimate the centers of distribution for the included fishes.

Many thanks,
Andrew
